A bunch of us from the neighborhood went Strawberry picking at the local orchard, I think all together there was 11 of us. Once again, fun was had by all and many berries were eaten. I spared the neighbors by not posting most of their pictures but a few ended up on here anyway :) Sorry guys!

Happy Birthday Kamdyn

So I am a little late, Kamdyn turned 3 on the 19th of May. Fun was had by all. We had cake with friends and went to Chuck E. Cheese, so I could play Deal or No Deal!
I bought the cake at Wal-Mart and put the same Dora things on that Bailey had for her 3rd birthday, pretty sad huh.

Hmmm, let's see, what else do I have pictures of? OK, here ia our latest project that took much longer than anticipated. It came in 3 separate boxes with a piece of paper listing what pieces were in that box but nothing telling you in the instructions which box to look in first so sometimes the piece you were looking for was in the last box you checked and the pieces were not labeled so you had to measure them to find the right one UGGGGHHHH!!!! Glad that one is over with, now onto the next project....

Earings!...and...Glasses?

Also as promised, here is a picture of Kamdyn's earings she got done probably 2 months ago now. Everything worked out great and her ears are much less sensitive than Bailey's are. I think we may be able to use any earings in her ears instead of only certain ones like Bailey.

...and she got glasses! Just kidding, those are just a toy. Actually they are from my Cabbage Patch kid I had when I was a kid. Although I do think she may have the same issue as Bailey has with one eye being stronger than the other, we will get that checked this month so I may update this with real glasses.

Big Girl Bed

As promised, here is a picture of Kamdyn's new Big Girl Bed. Too bad she won't become one of those big girls that should be sleeping in it. Do you sense a little discontent? You should...she is adamant about not going potty on the toilet or anything that resembles a toilet for that matter. So we try every now and again and when it does happen there is a potty party and when it doesn't we take a break and try again a different day. I remember Bailey being stubborn but at least she would try.

Bad Day...

So I am cleaning because I am having visitors this weekend and I find pencil all over my living room wall and my newly painted hallway. Of course Kamdyn confesses with her new word YUP, and she is also willing to take her picture by the evidence. Then I go to the Y for my usual morning workout and alone time and I am interrupted because Kamdyn won't let the caregivers put her down. I go in and she is fine just wanting attention I guess. Then nap time rolls around and I'm thinking this should be a good nap day cuz she is tired, nope not happening. Instead she is in there opening and closing her closet door and disassembling her bed. Later today she decides to unroll the toilet paper so Tom decides to wrap her in it...OMG she was so upset that he wrapped her in it I had to take a picture. So needless to say i didn't get much cleaning done. Better luck tommorrow!
And oh by the way Kamdyn got her ears pierced a few weeks ago I just haven't taken pictures and her bed finally came in so I will take pictures of that too.

Happenings

Bailey had her Girl Scout Thinking day, they had Germany! Thanks to my neighbor who lent us a bunch of stuff since she has been stationed there twice.




We went to Branson, Missouri. We saw the Dixie Stampede show, we went to the dam and the fish hatchery, we went on the Showboat Branson Belle(Bailey got to drive the boat), and we rode some really expensive Go-Karts. Fun was had by all!












Then came Easter. There were baskets, an easter egg hunt, and brunch with the neighbors hosted by me.




Tommorrow night I am going to a cooking class, should be fun!

Got My Swap Cards Today!

I was so excited to get my cards today from my twisted/demented swap....but who made them????? I know the usuals cuz they know to sign them but these newbies gotta learn. It's frustrating when you see a great card, turn it over to see who thought up such a great idea, and see nothing. UGH! Hopefully somebody who knows will help me out here....Please....I love all of them they are great! When is the next swap? I gotta use up my stuff I just ordered for Sale-A-Bration or my husband is gonna cut me off.
