Bailey had her Girl Scout Thinking day, they had Germany! Thanks to my neighbor who lent us a bunch of stuff since she has been stationed there twice.




We went to Branson, Missouri. We saw the Dixie Stampede show, we went to the dam and the fish hatchery, we went on the Showboat Branson Belle(Bailey got to drive the boat), and we rode some really expensive Go-Karts. Fun was had by all!












Then came Easter. There were baskets, an easter egg hunt, and brunch with the neighbors hosted by me.




Tommorrow night I am going to a cooking class, should be fun!

Got My Swap Cards Today!

I was so excited to get my cards today from my twisted/demented swap....but who made them????? I know the usuals cuz they know to sign them but these newbies gotta learn. It's frustrating when you see a great card, turn it over to see who thought up such a great idea, and see nothing. UGH! Hopefully somebody who knows will help me out here....Please....I love all of them they are great! When is the next swap? I gotta use up my stuff I just ordered for Sale-A-Bration or my husband is gonna cut me off.

Here is a tribute to JJ from Kamdyn, apparently it is a 2 year old thing to line everything up to include paper grocery bags from the store.

Past 2 months in pictures...

Ok here is a quick catch up on what has happened during my blogging strike...
Kamdyn got a horse for Christmas that she won't get off of...

Tom has gotten Kamdyn addicted to scrath off tickets...

Kamdyn has turned into a vegetarian(not really but I made Tom a salad for lunch one day and before he could sit down to eat it Kamdyn had started in on it).

Tom got promoted and I got roses for being his wife...

Bailey went ice skating with her Brownie troop...

Kamdyn made raisin toast all be herself while no one was watching, at least I know she could feed herself if she ever got left alone somehow.

The girls and I built a snowman...

I learned how to rollerskate all over again but sorry there are no pictures. Bailey's school does a fundraiser at the roller rink and I decided to try it, needless to say I was 1 of only 4 or 5 parents that decided to don the pretty skates. It was so much fun we went back the next weekend when Tom got home and we all had a blast. Kamdyn is a very good skater too and cries when it is time to leave.

Why Do We Want A Picture of Our Little Ones With Santa So Badly?

I can understand why most of them feel that way, I wouldn't go near some of them either, poor representations of what is supposed to be a magical icon. Well anyway enjoy.

Merry Christmas and All That Jazz

Hi all, I know it's been a while but there wasn't much happening and then it all happened at once AGAIN...
We went to Florida for what was supposed to be a welcome home holiday celebration for my brother who is currently overseas and was supposed to be home but was extended as we all know happens more often that not. I drove the kids and I to Atlanta where Tom was TDY the week prior to us leaving and we stayed there overnight then headed on to Orlando for a week then on the way back we stopped overnight in Chatanooga to see the sights. We got home on Sunday the 23rd and had to finish getting ready for our own Christmas in our own place for probably only the second or third time since I left home. Oh and by the way sometime in there I was supposed to make and send out Christmas cards...OOOPS...they were bought at the BX on Sunday...and will be in the mail soon I hope. So here are some pictures of our adventures.

I actually got a picture of Kamdyn with Santa and then she had her eyes closed. We were on the Polar Express Experience at Sea World and just walking along the exhibit and there he was and she just walked up to him like it was what we were supposed to do and I took the picture, it was great cuz I didn't think I was gonna get her that close cuz she always freaks out at stuff like that.
