Apparently it has been so long since I blogged that even when I do I don't get updated on the blog rolls......I woke up expecting a bunch of silly comments about how I finally blogged, but nobody knows I did cuz it didn't update on anyone's list!

Donation

Bailey got her hair cut off and decided to donate it to Locks of Love. I am so proud of her for doing something for someone else who needs it.

Ouch!

Kamdyn hurt her nose and thought she needed a Band-Aid on it. Bailey did the same thing about the same age so I figured I better take a picture like I did for Bailey. Heather you might remember my Band-Aid scrapbook page.

Happy Easter!

Ha Ha are you sensing a theme? Happy Holidays! Easter was low key at home I made dinner for a few of the neighbors, the kids decorated eggs, found baskets in the house, and we had a neighborhood Easter egg hunt.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

We got all dressed up and headed up town to the annual St. Patty's Day parade complete with green horses.

Happy Valentine's Day!

I know, a little late, but we had heart-shaped pancakes for Valentine's Day.

Japanese Goodies

Got an awesome package from my long lost friend over in Japan. Thank You Heather! Loved the marshmallow thingys with the chocolate inside!

Christmas in Colorado

After we celebrated Christmas here at home we got in the car and drove to Colorado Springs to spend the week between Christmas and New Years with my brother and family. It was nice to have the cousins together for Christmas.

While there we went to The Cheyenne Mountain Zoo for their nightime zoo time. You may have to click on the picture to see the view. The zoo is actually on the side of the mountain, pretty cool.

We also went skiing in the mountains. It was nice to have grandma at my brother's house so we could do the things we wanted to do without Kamdyn. Bailey went with us and did a Ski School to learn the ropes. After class we took her on the lift for the first time. The lift we were on had a place to get off a little way up the mountain and then continued on to the top of the mountain. I was first then Tom and Bailey were behind me. I got off the lift at the first stop, as did Tom. Unfortunately he left Bailey on the lift all by herself. I was so scared for her since this was the first time she had been on the lift and really had no idea how to get off or exactly how high she was going to go, did I mention she was By Herself.
We were able to call the top and let them know she was on there. Then they had a snowmobile go get her since she was just a beginner and once again By Herself. Thankfully the people behind her were kind and talked to her the whole way up trying to keep her calm. This particular lift did not have an overhead bar either and she was By Herself. After about 30 minutes she arrived at the bottom of the mountain on the snowmobile and said she was done for the day. I didn't blame her! So we will see if she will ever do it again.

We also went snowmobiling up in the mountains, once again Kamdyn stayed home with grandma.

Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs

Pike's Peak (Kamdyn stayed in the car it was too windy for her.
